Our mission is to eliminate childhood illiteracy through reading camps and tutoring programs.

Summer Camp Reading provides dynamic 4-week daily summer camps for struggling readers in greater Cincinnati going into 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grades.
Daily individual tutoring, reading and writing activities, literacy games, learning centers, positive psychology, discussions on values and citizenship, books to take home and own, exercise, and service projects result in improved reading skills, vocabulary and mind-set. Breakfast and lunch included.

Reading well by fourth grade is a turning point for a child's education.
BeEx Foundation SGO is certified by the State of Ohio as an approved Scholarship Granting Organization (SGO). We fund scholarships for primary school students who need extra support to improve their reading by fourth grade, with priority given to children from low-income families.
How the Tax Credit Works
A gift that costs you nothing
Under the Ohio SGO tax credit program (§5747.73, ORC), Ohio taxpayers who make a cash donation to BeEx Foundation SGO receive a dollar-for-dollar credit against their Ohio individual income tax liability.
Individual donors: full credit up to $750
Married couples filing jointly: full credit up to $1,500
